"Way bigger than I was expecting"
The pretzels were huge... like, I knew they'd be decent, but these were really filling. For the price, it felt like I got more than enough

"Fresh Pretzels, Just a Bit Too Salty"
As someone who usually loves salty snacks, I was excited to try these pretzels. They were definitely fresh and had a great texture, but even for me they were a little too salty. Still tasty, just would’ve been better with a lighter sprinkle

"Quick and Easy Stop"
I stopped in and was surprised by how fast the line moved. I thought I’d be stuck waiting for a while, but it was only a few minutes. My order came out quick and was still warm, so worrying about a long delay was totally unnecessary. Easy stop overall.

"Friendly Staff and a Comfortable Vibe"
I’ve been here a few times now, and the staff has always been really nice and easy to talk to. When it gets busy, the service can slow down a bit, but they still stay friendly and welcoming. Overall, it just feels like a pleasant place to come back to

"Easy office lunch option"
We used Philly Pretzel Factory for an office lunch, it went about as smoothly as I could’ve hoped. They showed up right on time, the food was still warm, and everything seemed to be counted out correctly. No missing trays or random mixups, which I’m sure is the main thing you want with catering. Ordering was easy too, and they called once to confirm the details. It definitely made the day less stressful. I’d probably use them again for another office lunch.

"Good pretzels, delivery could be better"
Pretzels were really good and pickup was super quick when I went that route. Delivery was a bit late though, and the bag showed up kinda messy. Not a huge deal, but definetly could’ve been better.

"Pretty Good, Honestly"
I’m not really sure how they manage it, but these are always soft, salty, and somehow taste fresh every single time. I keep expecting them to be a little stale or different, but nope, they’re just consistently good.

"Easy to check before heading out"
I like that I can just hop on phillypretzelfactory.com and check the hours. See what’s open nearby. No calling around, no guessing. It’s just easier, especially when I need pretzels for work or some last-minute thing. So far, the availability has been reliable for me too.

"They always seem to come through"
I’ve ordered from Philly Pretzel Factory a handful of times now, it’s kind of a relief knowing they usually have exactly what I’m craving in stock.
One time I needed a big tray last minute, and I was half-expecting some kind of hassle, but nope, it was ready to go and the whole thing put me in a much better mood.
Overall, I’m really happy with them. It’s nice not having to stress about whether the pretzels will actually be there when you want them.

"Lots of Options on the Menu"
The menu had plenty to pick from, maybe even more than I expected. I kept going back and forth trying to decide what to order, so maybe that's just me being indecisive, but it was nice having a lot of choices.

"Better Value Than I Expected"
I was expecting it to cost more, but the prices are fair for what you get. The pretzels are fresh, filling, and easy to grab when I’m picking up something for the family. I usually get a few and it still doesn’t add up to much, so it feels like a really good value.

"I ordered from Philly Pretzel Factory…"
I ordered from Philly Pretzel Factory and kind of went for the dips this time more than anything. The cheese dip was warm and tasted good, not super salty or anything, and the mustard had a nice little kick with the pretzels. I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because the sauce cups seemed a bit small for the amount of pretzels you get. Still really good though. I’d probably just order extra dip next time.

"Clean store, but I felt a little ignored"
I come to this Philly Pretzel Factory often, and one thing I’ll give them credit for is how clean the place always is. The floors, counters, and drink area usually look well taken care of, even when they’re a little busy. You can tell they stay on top of that, and it definitely makes the visit feel better. That said, the last time I went in, I kind of felt ignored while waiting to order. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it did take away from the experience a bit. Still, I do notice and appreciate how clean they keep the store

I ordered pretzels online for pickup and it was straightforward. The menu was easy to find, checkout went smoothly, and I didn’t run into any real issues. The only thing I noticed was that the pages loaded a little slowly on my phone, and I had to double-check my pickup time to be sure. Not a big deal though — the order was ready when I got there, so it worked out just fine.

"Finally, the Texture I’ve Been Looking For"
Okay, why is it so hard to find something that’s actually soft and chewy in the right way? These totally nailed it. They were super soft, had that perfect chewy texture I’m always hoping for, and they were just really good. No weird dryness, no disappointing bite, just exactly what I wanted.

"same taste everywhere"
i’ve tried this in a few different places, and it tastes the same every time. that’s kind of nice because you know exactly what you’re getting, but it doesn’t really feel special or different from one spot to another.
